• Prevent Buddy Punching & Identity Spoofing: Implement on-device deep learning face detection with liveness checks, natural blink verification, and 128-dimensional biometric embeddings.

• Support Distributed Multi-Site Workforces: Enable mobile self-service clock-ins restricted strictly within physical workplace perimeters using high-precision Haversine GPS geofencing.

• Automate Dynamic Shift Schedules & Roster Planning: Handle complex 24/7 rotational shifts, overnight punch windows, flexible grace periods, early-exit tolerances, and automated downtime punch reconstruction.

• End-to-End Automated Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Automatically compute monthly salaries derived directly from live punch telemetry, factoring in Basic, HRA, DA, PF, ESI, TDS brackets, loan EMI amortizations, encashments, and overtime multipliers.

• Empower Employees Through Self-Service (ESS): Deliver a dedicated employee portal and Android mobile app for viewing digital attendance cards, downloading salary slips, tracking leave quotas, and filing regularization requests.

• Integrate an Autonomous AI HR Copilot: Equip administrators with an integrated 78-tool AI agent capable of answering natural-language queries, analyzing workforce trends, adjusting leave balances, and executing actions securely with confirmation guardrails.

We architected Biotym around an event-driven biometric telemetry engine and a modular role-based architecture. Whether a punch originates from an on-premise ZKTeco terminal via TCP/IP socket, a web kiosk running neural face-detection models, a mobile device via GPS, or a physical optical fingerprint scanner, all events are ingested through a unified deduplication and cooldown pipeline.

The UI/UX was designed with an ultra-responsive, high-performance aesthetic using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI, featuring real-time biometric HUD feedback, smooth micro-animations, dark/light themes, and ergonomic mobile navigation.
